Support
Real people. Real replies. Usually within one business day.
Caddie Games is built by a small team who play the same weekly rounds you do. Every support email lands with a person, not a bot. If something is broken or confusing, we want to hear about it.

Frequently asked
If your question isn't here, email us — we'll answer and, if it's a common one, add it to this list.
How do I start a round?
Open Caddie Games, tap New round, pick your course, add players, and pick the game formats your group wants to run. You can also drive setup by voice — tap the mic on the home screen and say something like Set up 18 at Torrey South, Erik me Ryan Mike, blue tees, five-dollar Nassau and dollar Skins. The caddie fills in the wizard for you.
How does voice scoring actually work?
Tap the microphone and speak naturally. Erik made par, I birdied, Ryan bogeyed works. So does I hit a sand save on 7 or press the back nine two down or what are the standings. The caddie transcribes what you said, interprets it against the round in progress, and updates every affected format. If it's not sure, it asks. If it heard something outside its wheelhouse, it says so and does nothing.
What are Tees and how do they work?
Tees are Caddie Games' in-app currency for the AI-powered features — voice scoring, voice setup, the caddie speaking back. Tap-scoring and every free-tier format work forever without spending a single Tee. Basic ($3.99/mo) includes 500 Tees a month, which covers roughly three fully voice-scored rounds a week. Premium ($9.99/mo or $99.99/yr) includes 1,500 Tees plus every premium format permanently unlocked. If you run out, one-off Tee Packs are available in Settings.
How do I link my GHIN handicap?
Settings → Handicap → Link GHIN. Caddie Games opens a secure webview to GHIN's own sign-in page — we never see your password. After you sign in, GHIN shares your member number and current index with Caddie Games, and we refresh the index automatically before each round so net-score games (Match, Skins, Nassau) compute correctly.
Do I need the Apple Watch app?
No — the iPhone app is fully self-sufficient. If you install the Watch companion, you can enter scores by voice from your wrist without touching your phone. The Watch app requires watchOS 10 or later and is included with any Premium subscription.
My course isn't in the list. What now?
Caddie Games pulls from the GHIN course database, GolfCourseAPI, and Google Places, but small clubs and new courses sometimes fall through the cracks. Email hi@caddie-games.ai with the course name, city, and a link to its scorecard (or a photo) and we'll add it manually — usually within a day.
How does live sync work between phones?
Every player who joins the round on their phone sees the same standings within a second of any action. Anyone in the group can call scores or update settings; there's no designated scorer. Under the hood it's a real-time channel to our backend — the round persists there, and every device stays synced.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not through Caddie Games. Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Caddie Games. From there you can upgrade, downgrade, change billing period, or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
I paid but Caddie Games says I'm on the free tier — help?
Try Settings → Membership → Restore purchases. This asks Apple for a fresh copy of your purchase receipt and re-syncs your entitlements. If that doesn't fix it within a minute, email hi@caddie-games.ai with the email on your Apple ID and we'll sort it out manually.
How do I export my round history?
Not built into the app yet — coming in a later release. Until then, email hi@caddie-games.ai from the address on your account and we'll send you a CSV of every round on file (usually within a few days).
How do I delete my account and my data?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This starts a two-step deletion. Your rounds, roster, and profile are removed from Caddie Games' backend within 30 days; some records may persist longer where a legal obligation requires it (payment history, in-app-currency ledger). You can also request deletion by email — see the Data requests section below.
I found a bug. Where do I report it?
Email hi@caddie-games.ai with what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and (if you can) roughly when it happened and which round. Screenshots or a screen recording help a lot. We read every message.
Data requests
Export, correct, or delete your Caddie Games data. GDPR, CCPA, and anywhere-else requests all land in the same inbox.
Fastest path — in the app
Delete account:Settings → Account → Delete account. Your rounds, roster, profile, and subscription entitlements are removed from Caddie Games’ backend within 30 days.
By email
Send a message to hi@caddie-games.ai from the address on your Caddie Games account, and tell us which of these you want:
- A copy of your data — every round, every setting, every roster entry, as a CSV bundle.
- Correction — anything specific you want changed or fixed.
- Deletion — same as the in-app path but from our side.
- Opt-out of any marketing communication — we send very little, but if you got something you didn't want, tell us and it stops.
We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR and CCPA — usually much faster. If we need to verify it's actually you before acting on a request, we'll ask for a specific piece of information only your account would have.
